Kia Thurber, CEO

Kia Thurber is a strategic healthcare growth consultant, former elite athlete, and business development executive with over two decades of experience spanning sports medicine, medical devices, rehabilitation technologies, performance recovery, and healthcare distribution.

Her career has uniquely combined elite athletics, corporate leadership, relationship-driven sales, and innovative healthcare commercialization.
